Product Descriptions & Image Quality
We will ensure product descriptions and images represent the product as accurately as possible. Variations occur in settings on mobile phone, tablet and computer screen monitors so the colour and textures you see on your device may not match exactly the colour or textures of the product you have ordered.
Use of products
Use of any products, from this website, by you is entirely at your own risk for which we shall not be liable.
You will receive a confirmation notice acknowledging we have received your order. Once we have sent this confirmation we enter into a contract with you.
A further notice will be sent on despatch of the item.
Products will be despatched once payment has cleared.
Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders already received.
We use WooCommerce and payment on the website is managed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way. Follow the given instructions at check out to pay via your Visa or Credit Card.
We operate a secure site and will not see or store your financial details.
Workshops & Events
On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may see our attendance at workshops and events cancelled. We will endeavour to put notices out via social media at the earliest opportunity, although we cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by you.
Where a workshop is cancelled by us a 100% refund will be given.
Cancellation to a workshop made by you within 7 days of the event will incur a 100% charge. Notification to a workshop made by you in excess of 7 days will be fully refunded.
