A challenge from my friend Caroline around links between where I was brought up, Dorset, and where I now live on the Isle of Skye led to the beginning of the TJFrog wool range, Shorelines & Strata.

Each batch of Shorelines & Strata is limited. Sourced from a certain breed & location they are all made from a particular year’s clip.

Shorelines & Strata Limestone

The 1st in the TJFrog Wool range – Limestone – in DK & 4ply it is a Poll Dorset & Hebridean Mix.

The Poll Dorset content is 85% & came from Rampisham Hill Farm near Beaminister in Dorset.  

The Hebridean content is 15% & came from Croft 29 on the Trotternish Peninsular, Isle of Skye.
